Lets Strive for Balance in September!

Sawatdee Krap to all RPM Health Club members. We are all looking forward to the ninth month of the year September. September is the month of the "Equinox" which comes from the Latin word meaning equal and nox which is night. It is the time of equal balance between daylight time and night time. Lets all make the month of September an opportune time to balance our lives with exercise plus a balanced diet to equal a Healthy-Life Style. All members are welcomed to use this month to kick start their exercise programs and feel the benefits of using your club often. Please feel free to ask our PT or management staff for ideas on how to create a Healthier Life Style.
 

Our new class of the month is Body Shape Up!

This innovative class focusses on many different strengthening exercises which use your own body weight. Creative ideas on doing push-ups and dips with plyometric variations to give you a good all round work out. Some light weights are also introduced to this class for everyone to join in.

Led by Khun Joe on Monday 10.00 - 10.30am. and Khun A on Sunday 11.00 - 11.30am.

September featured equipment and exercise of the month is Life Fitness Assisted Dip Chin Machine.

This unique piece of equipment is perfect for developing proper form for 2 very natural exercises, the dip and the chin-up or pull-up.

Most people shy away from pull-ups because they are so difficult but the adjustable weight assistance on this machine makes the pull-up and dip an exercise that all members should try.

Chin-ups will build muscle in your shoulders, arms and upper back quicker than any other exercise. Chest strength also increases when pull-ups are brought into your routine.

Exercise of the Month

The Dip, shown here, targets the chest plus the deltoids and triceps. Dips actually build more strength than push-ups and are great for arm and elbow strength.

By using the different grip positions and verying the weight assistance members can really develope a great strengthing workout.

If you are not familiar with this well designed machine ask one of your Clubs Personal Trainers for assistance.

September's Member of the Month is Dr. Chukiet Thitadilok.

Dr. Chukiet exercises 5-6 times a week at our club. He attends many classes often and is a great example to all members trying to lead a well balanced Healthy-Life Style.
