Sawadee Pee Mai!

Hello to all our RPM Health Club members. We here at the club would like to encourage all of our members to include in their New Year Resolutions a stronger commitment to their own personal health and fitness goals. Lets make 2010 our most successful year ever! We sincerely wish everyone a "Very Happy Healthy, and Prosperous New Year"

 

Class of the month

Our new class of the month is "Vinyasa Yoga". This is an ancient form of yoga which focusses on the flow of one posture to the next with emphasis on the breath. It is excellent for improving flexability and building muscle and tendon strength. This yoga class is being offered on Monday evening from 7:00 - 8:00pm by ACE Certified PT Khun Jill and is open for all members.

Biggest Loser Asia

Onto our Biggest Loser Asia update: Garry Holden is continuing his motivational quest to getting more fit and healthy by training with our own PT Khun Joe and reaching his overall goal of dropping 30 kilo's in just 6 months. Make sure and try and watch Khun Garry's appearance on the Hallmark channel or visit the Biggest Loser Asia web-site.

10 new cardio machines

Our 10 new cardio machines will be set up in our club this month and as we mentioned previously anyone signing up for our special "Lets get HIP - Health Improvement Program" will not only receive 5 free sessions but also a new Life Fitness USB wrist band. Ask our PTs or MRO for more details on this offer good till January 31st, 2010.

Member of the month

January's RPM Health Club member of the month is Meri Cuslidge Pulalski.

Meri has lost 16 kilos in just 4 months. She exercises with our Personal Trainer Khun A regularly. Meri is a shining inspiration of how strong determination and a Healthy Life Style can really show results. Great work Meri and congratulations from everyone at RPM Health Club.
