Another world famous Les Mills class that promises to tone, shape and strengthen your entire body quickly. Especially if you do 2-3 full classes per week as a part of your health and fitness program. This class uses body weight, bar bells, dumb bells so please start light and inform your instructor prior to starting if this is your first class!

Quick fast 15 – 20 minute classes designed to get your body pump ON in no time. Typically circuit style classes to quickly target the designated musculature mentioned and build exceptional muscular endurance.

YIN FLEXIBILITY FOCUS

This is a class for anyone wishing to improve connective tissue elasticity (ligaments, tendons, fascia) especially in the hips, pelvis, lower spine and shoulders while also developing long term strength around the joints and bones. Yin flexibility is seated or lying based and requires slow movements with long holds and breathe control / meditation to foster calmness and improved flexibility.

DANCERXISE

‘Move your booty’ and ‘shake that thing’ like your performing in the latest MTV dance video. This class inspires you to let go, have fun and learn some funky dance moves so that you can ‘strut your stuff’. Dance, hip-hop, street, dance.
