A variety of programs at RPM Health Club provided by internationally qualified trainers means training at RPM is constantly motivating. Private Tennis, Yoga, Pilates and Personal Training, alongside a full range of classes are available.
All RPM members will benefit from personalised training programs to ensure ongoing improvements in; fitness levels, fat loss, reduced back pain, personal strength, core training, blood pressure reduction, stabilizing cholesterol levels, self esteem, over coming injuries and of course improvements in personal sport and leisure performances.
Your RPM trainers are here to help you focus on obtaining personal goals through a variety of scientifically based training programs that will teach you how to train correctly and effeciently. Every member is entitled to ongoing program updates and evaluations so that throughout your membership you learn how to maximise your time in the club.
