PERSONAL HEALTH PLAN
RPM Health Club offers each member the opportunity to establish their own personalized health path unique to them. Members have a professional assessment and a personal program designed that includes personal goals, nutrition and lifestyle factors and also includes evaluations and program upgrades regularly. It is a results-based and rewarding way to maintain your health on a continuing basis.
All RPM members benefit from personalized training and group exercise programs to ensure ongoing improvements in; fitness levels, fat loss, reduced back pain, personal strength, core training, blood pressure reduction, stabilizing cholesterol levels, self esteem, over coming injuries and of course improvements in personal sport and leisure performances.
Personal Training
Whether it’s a one on one session or Personal Training in small groups, RPM Health Club Personal Trainers (PT’s) have completed comprehensive study specifically designed to accredit health professionals within the fitness industry and is internationally recognized with the American Council of Exercise.(ACE).
Personal Training is a science and the academic education consists of anatomy, exercise physiology, exercise psychology and advanced biomechanics training.
So whether you’re training for improved cardiovascular fitness, increased strength or improved flexibility, all our trainers have extensive experience and can assist you in meeting your goals whatever they may be.
