Ashtanga Yoga

Smart Strength
Pump up with music, weights & motivating instructors. SMART STRENGTH is the best way to enjoy a group class while developing all over body strength, burning calories toning. This is a 100% Body Shaping Class
RPM Spinning
This class is full of energy with up beat sounds and a motivated instructor to help you move up a gear. Spinning is excellent for cardiovascular fitness, fat loss and toning your entire leg muscles which means some harder intensities on the bike. Rpm Spinning is suitable for intermediate fitness levels or members who like to challenge themselves.
Stretch and Release
A stretching class for everyone to enjoy. You will learn how to stretch correctly while learning how to relax and release tension from your body. A fantastic class for anyone training hard or just needing to decrease stress.
Aerobic Combo
A fun energetic aerobic dance class that incorporates original aerobic low and medium impact moves with some funky dance and Latino mix thrown in for fun.
Pilates
RPM Health Club offers clinical, reformer, and matt pilates as well as an extensive and intensive yoga program.
