Yoga Classes
Each Yoga discipline taught at RPM Health Club incorporates full body stretching positions, deep breathing and relaxation techniques for both the mind and body. Please speak to your instructor for specifics relating to their teaching methodology's and individual class techniques.
Mobilize **
Power Yoga ( 60 Minutes )
Mobilize is a more dynamic yoga class focusing on full range of movements to open up the joints throughout the body and is better suited for intermediate to advanced yoga students.
Life Force *
Beginners Yoga ( 50 Minutes )
Your Life Force yoga classes teaches students to focus on breathing while moving gently from one static yoga position to the next. Life Force calms the nerves and teaches students to become aware of their body while relaxing areas of tension.
Candlelight Rejuvenation #
( 60 Minutes )
A fantastic rejuvenation class with warm candle light focusing on breathing techniques, postural alignment, holistic movements and stretching to foster wellness, relaxation and flexibility. This is an excellent class for stressed individuals or anyone wishing to bring energy into their body and lives.
Joyride #
Beginners Spin Class ( 25 Minutes )
Beginners spinning is exactly that – a fun and easy class to learn about the bike set up, different riding positions, the commands instructors use when teaching and a few easy tracks to get you going.

RPM Spinning **
Intermediate Spin Class ( 30 Minutes )
This class is full of energy with up beat sounds and a motivated instructor to help you move up a gear. Spinning is excellent for cardiovascular fitness, fat loss and toning your entire leg muscles which means some harder intensities on the bike. Rpm Spinning is suitable for intermediate fitness levels or members who like to challenge themselves.
Dance with Me! **
Aerobic Dance ( 50 Minutes )
Let our enthusiastic instructor lead you through a fun, choreographed aerobic class that uses both traditional and new movements with fun sounds and some basic dance thrown in!
